Review
A Greister administrator examines the application. The decision is persisted and audited.

Invitation
Approved applicants receive an activation email and can then sign in to the protected workspace.
Submitting this form does not create an account and does not grant access.
Your application status becomes visible to you after you sign in with an approved account. Until then, there is no public endpoint that reveals whether an address has applied.
